FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - July 16, 2021 (Chicago, IL)

Birk Creative Expands Branding Offerings with With Tesla, Next LevelNextLevel Health Campaigns. In a market inundated with cookie-cutter companies clamoring for audience appeal, the right branding is crucial to stand out from the rest. Branding is what your business needs to rise above the sea of sameness and grab your target market’s attention. It’s what seals the deal, transforming first-time buyers into lifelong clients and inspiring brand loyalty and trust with every new eye. Branding is a pillar of elevating your business’s impact and impression, and Birk Creative has helped many companies, big and small, better define their brand by offering:

  • Audience Research

  • Brand Strategy

  • Value Statements

  • Visual identity

  • Brand messaging

  • Custom content creation

  • Social media marketing

With 20 years of experience helping clients develop brands, Birk Creative CEO JinJa Birkenbeuel feels that “many business owners have trouble seeing the forest through the trees because they are so busy looking down, grinding it out. It’s one thing to have an idea. It’s another thing to execute. I’m all about the execution and turning your ideas into a brand.” It was for this expertise that Tesla tapped Birk Creative to create and develop a branding initiative for its SolarCity Diversity and Inclusion Department. As Tesla’s solar energy subsidiary, SolarCity was tasked with creating internal and external awareness to maintain a diverse workforce. To carry out the mission, Birk Creative developed a brand identity, tagline, value statements and visuals to serve as effective recruiting tools for potential employees for whom affinity with co-workers is important.

Beyond the success of an individual company, effective branding can have a deeper impact for an entire community, as proven in our partnership with NextLevel Health. Designated by the State of Illinois as a Medicaid managed healthcare plan, the startup hired Birk Creative to redevelop its brand strategy and message, and clearly articulate its brand promise and unique voice. A full-package rebrand, based on research and results, humanized NextLevel and gained the trust of thousands of potential Medicaid consumers. To bring NextLevel Health’s new tagline to life, “A healthier you. A healthier community,” Birk Creative developed a new brand identity, logo, web system, full media/ad buy in all mediums, social/print collateral and expansive guidelines for consistent brand support. Ultimately, through our collaborative partnership, rigorous creative process and outstanding brand messaging apparatus, we brought NextLevel Health to the next level-—it was acquired by Centene, the St. Louis-based Medicaid managed care operator that controls the largest Medicaid market share in Illinois.
